Training Coach

Are you someone who enjoys walking alongside people to empower them to reach their fullest potential for service in the Kingdom?

Training coaches are experienced mentors who invest in recruits as they prepare for their missionary service. Our coaches receive certified training to walk the journey with our missionaries to prepare them academically, personally, and spiritually for the challenges ahead. Training coaches have at least 5 years of cross-cultural ministry experience and a keen ability to encourage, guide and mentor individuals.
