Supporting You

Pioneer Bible Translators wants you to be healthy physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually so you can thrive.

• You’ll have an on-site care facilitator — one of your teammates — with tools and training to help you stay healthy and to help you connect with additional resources if you need them.
• You’ll have access to mental health professionals and counseling centers around the world.
• You’ll be a part of an active community of prayer.

Supporting Your Children

Pioneer Bible Translators provides comprehensive care to all teammates.

As members of a cross-cultural family, your children will have access to age-appropriate services through our Care team.

You and your children will also be offered resources that will help them understand what it means to be TCKs – Third Culture Kids – and to thrive cross-culturally.

Supporting Your Parents

Your parents can receive emotional and spiritual support through our Parents of Global Workers ministry.

We’ll help them understand the challenges you and your family are facing.

We’ll offer them tools for maintaining healthy relationships with you and your children.

We’ll give them opportunities to connect with other parents of missionaries in mutually supportive ways.
