As a Data Analytics & Research intern, you’ll help us better understand how our projects are working, where they can improve, and what trends are shaping our efforts. You’ll contribute to research around language, culture, and mobilization, and gain experience using analytics tools to support strategic decision-making in a cross-cultural ministry context.
As an intern in Dallas, you will have the opportunity to:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from ongoing ministry projects and organizational initiatives
- Track and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress toward strategic goals
- Help translate complex data into accessible, actionable reports for internal teams and leaders
- See firsthand how analytics can shape and strengthen missions
