Missionary Caregivers are encouragers and good listeners who support missionaries on the field.

Passions:

Skills:

  • Strong, warm communication skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Good listener

Missionary caregivers are gifted in conflict resolution, are good listeners, and are able to spiritually nurture others. They work in conjunction with other missionary care members to help missionaries thrive overseas by making occasional visits, assisting in spiritual and team-building retreats, and corresponding with the missionaries on a regular basis. They also shepherd missionaries through transitions.
