Diya lives in a rural community tucked deep inside a hilly region of Asia. She and her people speak the Pyecope language.
Diya is a follower of Jesus. But until recently, she didn’t have Scripture in her own language. She struggled to read God’s Word in another language and found it difficult to remember what she read.

Diya received an SD card with the audio New Testament in her language. Now she can listen to Scripture on her phone! Diya immerses herself in Scripture throughout her day.
She remembers the stories and teachings, helping her grow in her faith. “I can go to the field, feed the pigs, do other work, and while I’m working, I can listen to the Word of God,” Diya shares.
Recently, Diya started playing the recorded Scriptures when she travels in a car so everyone else can also hear them.
She’s sharing God’s Word with her family and neighbors, too!
