Journey into Asia, a land where ancient rhythms and modern realities intertwine, and where God’s story is being written in hundreds of languages and lives. This internship invites you to come alongside and learn about the people, places, and diverse expressions of faith across this vibrant region. Through intentional exploration, cultural immersion, and shared community life, you’ll grow in understanding how God moves through everyday relationships to draw people to Himself.
Your time will be divided between three locations, each offering a unique window into the routines of daily life and ministry. In one, you’ll engage deeply with the community, shopping at markets, cooking local dishes, learning language, and joining in prayer walks through neighborhoods. You’ll have opportunities to observe Bible translation and Scripture impact work, hear stories from local believers, and see how God is at work through business, education, and healthcare. In the other, you’ll travel alongside translation and Scripture engagement teams, visiting both urban and remote communities, and possibly trekking into rural villages to experience firsthand how God’s Word is reaching people in their heart languages. Finally, you’ll spend time at a stateside location where you’ll interact with a minority language group and culture. You’ll see how local Christians are growing in vision and confidence to share the Gospel within their own cultural context, offering hope and witness to neighboring communities.
