As a Social Media intern, you’ll help amplify the mission of Bible translation through creative digital storytelling and strategic online engagement. Working alongside our communication and marketing team, you’ll create content that inspires, informs, and mobilizes people to get involved in bringing God’s Word to those still waiting. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing social platforms, designing posts, writing captions, and analyzing engagement trends—all while learning how to communicate effectively within a missional context. Whether you’re passionate about visuals, video, or writing, this internship offers a space to grow your skills, build a portfolio, and make a meaningful impact. 

You’ll be part of a bilingual office in which you will interact with both hearing and Deaf teammates, providing an opportunity to be exposed to ASL and Deaf culture firsthand. Beyond the work, you’ll be part of a fun, supportive intern community in Dallas, all within a team committed to daily prayer and spiritual formation.

As a Social Media intern in Dallas, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Create engaging content (graphics, reels, stories, posts) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with our team on messaging and strategy for specific campaigns
  • Learn how to create and strategize content in a collaborative team workflow
  • Learn how to grow and manage a brand-aligned social media presence
  • Analyze engagement and performance to help optimize reach and impact
  • Use your creativity to support global missions and Bible translation
  • Work in a bilingual office environment (English and ASL)
  • Learn American Sign Language (ASL)
  • Experience a community committed to daily corporate prayer

Core Requirements

  • Minimum two years in a communications, marketing, or media degree program, or equivalent experience in work or ministry
  • Strong writing and visual communication skills
  • Willing to learn, research, and apply social media strategies and best practices

Preferred Experience

  • Familiar with major social media platforms and trends 
  • Creating content using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
