Urgent Recruitment Needs

In Luke 10, before Jesus sent out the 72 disciples, He told them that the harvest was plentiful, but the workers were few. Then He instructed them to ask the Lord of the Harvest to send out more workers.

God wants us to ask Him to send out more workers, so we have made that today’s prayer focus.

We need more people.

Right now we’re especially asking God to send us the right people to fill three specific roles. These represent our most pressing recruitment needs. Please join us in beseeching the Father to send us people to meet these urgent needs:

Field Operations Administrator
Ask God to provide Field Operations Administrators to serve in Papua New Guinea, West Africa, and Nile Africa. These individuals take on the logistic, operational, and business activities that are essential for ministry success. They make it possible for their teammates serving unreached people groups in remote locations — far from government, banking, and supply centers — to focus on Bible translation, literacy, and disciple making.

Finance Professionals
Lift up our need for finance professionals to join our teams in Papua New Guinea, East Africa, Nile Africa, and West Africa. Finance professionals help us maintain good stewardship and integrity in our relationships with donors, host countries, and the IRS. We are seeking individuals with expertise in finance and a heart for unreached people. Ask the Lord to guide the right individuals to join us for the advancement of His Kingdom.

Disciple Makers
Ask the Lord to raise up disciple makers who are passionate about helping people connect with God through His Word. Ask Him to send us new teammates who are willing to take their skills in agriculture, business, or the arts and use them to nurture the spiritual growth of believers on all of our fields, including refugee populations in the United States.
