Because prayer is the strategy of Pioneer Bible Translators, our worldwide team intentionally sets aside a day of fasting and prayer every month. On this day, we join in unified prayer, offering up to our Father praises and requests collected especially for this day. Please join this concert of prayer today by praying with us for our teammates and the people among whom they serve. 

• Lord, thank you for the two new national translators serving in one of our projects in East Africa. Please help them as they grow in their knowledge and skills. 
• Thank you, God, for each of the 70+ participants in a Discovery recruitment and mobilization event taking place today through Sunday in Brazil. Please bring new personnel and new church involvement as a fruit of this Discovery.
• God, please provide the leadership and administrative support needed as our three large branches in Africa face various transitions. Please raise up people to serve in these vital ways, and please grant our teammates endurance, wisdom, and grace in the meantime.
• God, please protect people from questioning by authorities and informers as they share translated Scripture and get community feedback in a difficult location in Africa. Please bring these community checkers to believe in Jesus as they participate in this process.
• Lord, please raise up godly, skilled, and available mother-tongue translators for the beginning of a new minority language project in another difficult location in Africa. Please enable networking and smooth travel to make this project possible as it starts off-site for security reasons.
• Lord, please protect, empower, and guide a national translator who is currently sharing the Gospel of Luke with his people group in Africa. Please grant good reception to the translation as well as good community feedback. May your Word impact the people as they hear it!
• Please send two more International Accountants who can serve either from the U.S. or onsite in locations that desperately need administrative and bookkeeping help.
• Father, we pray against the devil’s schemes to harm our teammates, mission, and organization. Please grant us wisdom to recognize and manage risks.
• We praise you, Father, for answering our prayers by providing the funding for the Global Sending and Sign Language Center in Texas. Thank you that construction is underway. We ask you for safety, wisdom, and clear communication for everyone involved in the construction project.
